Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile applications (collectively, “Applications”) created by Nar Apps Oyun Yazilim Teknolojileri A.S. (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as Freemium services. Each Application is intended for use “AS IS.” By installing or using any of the Applications listed below, you consent to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy:

• AI Video Generator – AIVideoGen

• Calorie Scanner: Food Tracker

• Statify: Spotify Music Stats

Information Collection and Use
The Applications collect certain data when you download and use them. This may include:
• Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
• The specific pages or features visited within the Applications, along with timestamps and duration of visits
• The total time spent within the Applications
• The operating system on your mobile device

The Applications do not collect precise location data from your device. The Service Provider may use the information you provide or that is automatically collected to contact you with important notices, required updates, or marketing promotions. For a better user experience, the Service Provider may request personally identifiable information, which will be retained and used only as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Applications and the Service Provider’s services. Please note that each Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies for handling data. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• One Signal
• Adjust
• Adapty

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information under the following circumstances:
• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When disclosure is necessary in good faith to protect the Service Provider’s rights, ensure the safety of users or others, investigate fraud, or respond to a governmental request;
• To trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they do not have an independent right to use the information and have agreed to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop the collection of information by uninstalling the relevant Application from your device. Uninstallation can be done through the standard uninstall process offered by your device’s operating system or via the application marketplace from which you originally downloaded the Application.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy
The Service Provider retains user-provided data as long as you continue to use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you wish to request the deletion of any user-provided data, please contact support@arils.ai. The Service Provider will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Children
The Applications are not directed toward children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Should the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be promptly deleted. If you are a parent or guardian aware that your child has provided personal data, please contact support@arils.ai so that appropriate steps can be taken.

Security
The Service Provider takes the confidentiality of your information seriously, implementing physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data it processes and maintains. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is entirely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to periodically review this policy for any modifications. Continued use of the Applications after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

This Privacy Policy is linked on each Application’s store listing page in Play Console and within the Applications themselves. It is provided via an active, publicly accessible, non-geofenced URL, is readable in a standard web browser without special plug-ins, and is non-editable.
